Taiwo (Tai) Oguntade is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (across the lifespan) with extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health conditions. BDP accepts a variety of insurance plans, including major providers. We are in network with Aetna, BCBS, Health Partners, Hennepin Health, Medica, Medicaid, Medicare, PreferredOne, Tricare West (VACCN) products, Ucare, UHC/Optum/UMR/Medical Resources, etc.
We are also in-network with secondary coverage to Medicare that follows Medicare guidelines.
NOTE: This is not a guarantee of coverage and payment. Patients are required to know their plan’s specific coverage plan.

Please file a police report if they were stolen. We will need a copy of the police report to keep record of in your chart. Although we cannot refill the same medication due to the federal regulations around controlled medications, a non-controlled alternative may be suggested to you in replacement.

Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Job description: The Individual and Family Therapist serves as the primary contact for assigned families, providing individual, family, and group therapy and facilitating family orientations and support groups. Responsibilities include proactive communication, documentation of assessments and treatment plans, and attending various meetings and training sessions. The role requires independently managing schedules and accurately entering data in electronic systems. Candidates must have a Master's degree in counseling or a related field, be licensed in the State of Minnesota or able to transfer their license, and have experience with therapy for adolescents or young adults, preferably with a mental health or trauma-informed care background.
